Art Prints
(Notice all my images are copyright protected and are not to be used in any manner without my written permission, this includes using any of my images as a reference.) Click on the smaller images to make them larger. Water mark will not appear on the print. I am an outdoors person who tries to capture what i see, and share this passion i have of the outdoors. I work very hard to capture the finest images i can. I spend most of my free time in the outdoors either filming or photographing or both, I feel i am a student of the outdoors and photography. I know every time i am out and about i can learn something new and interesting. I process my photos Light Room and in photo shop for the best quality.
Of course there are people in my life whom without their continued support life wouldn't be as full as it is. My wife of over 30 years, my daughter, whom i would wake up at the wee hours of the morning to take fishing or hunting, my mother (loves my photos), brothers, sisters and relatives. Good friends are golden and i am lucky to have friends like this, Dave Nickles, (master of photo shop, artist, graphic artist, and an artistic eye taken from the angels of art, etc.) Charles Mitchell, (famous artist, illustrator, and whatever art he decides to create has taught me about light, texture and composition, to name a few), John Gremmer, ( retired school teacher, photographer, fly fishing instructor, artist), Bob Koon, (film and photo, fly tier extraordinaire, has an acute observant eye.) These are the friends i share my passion with and critique my passion. I thank you all for sharing in my passion.
All of the animals , insects, birds, etc., i photograph are wild. Unless there should be some reason otherwise, and if so, i will have that in the description.
One thing i have discovered in my life as a student and instructor, we can learn from others, if we don't let ourselves get in the way. This site FAA. is a great place to learn from what i believe are the finest artists in the world. I am so impressed with what i have seen so far on this site, and have learned so much by viewing others art. I feel very lucky to have such a gallery of art at my fingertips. Thank you all for sharing your work.
My newest icon/headshot was photographed with my camera by my good friend and mentor Dave Nickels. Thanks Dave!
